7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase from the moment it arrives.
- Hassle-Free Returns: If you’re not fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery, you may return the product in its original, undamaged condition. We’ll make the process simple and stress-free.
- Faulty on Arrival: If your product arrives faulty, we’ll take full responsibility. We cover the return shipping and offer you the choice of a quick repair, replacement, or full refund. We aim to resolve such cases within 10 business days, keeping you informed throughout.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters beyond the first week.
- Extended Support: From day 8 to day 30 after delivery, if your product develops a fault, you may return it. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Our Promise: Once we receive the item, our expert team will assess it and work with you to repair, replace, or refund based on your preference and our evaluation.
6–12 Month Warranty
We stand behind the durability of our refurbished equipment.
- Coverage You Can Trust: Every refurbished product comes with a 6- to 12-month carry-in warranty (or as specified per item), starting from the date of invoice.
- Warranty Support: If a fault occurs, contact us at accounts@justintech.co.za. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, return the item to us (return shipping at your cost). We’ll prioritize a repair or replacement with the same model. If that’s not possible, we’ll offer an alternative unit or a full refund. If you choose a refund over a repair/replacement, a handling fee of up to 20% may apply.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from power surges
- Battery wear or malfunction after 30 days
- Unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or tampering with warranty seals (these will void the warranty)
Streamlined Return Process
We’ve made returns straightforward to save you time and effort.
- Pack with Care: Secure your product in a sturdy box (not a flyer bag or envelope) to prevent damage in transit. Improper packaging may delay or void your return.
- Shipping Responsibility: Damaged returns due to poor packaging won’t qualify for a refund or replacement. Contact us for packing guidance if needed.
- Shipping Costs:
- You’ll cover return shipping unless the item arrives faulty within the first 7 days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Where applicable, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
